Greetings class of 2020 and Welcome to itMatters!

At SIU we recognize that the transition to college can be challenging. We want to make sure we support you every step of the way. One way that we hope to do this is by promoting the adoption of healthy behaviors throughout your time at SIU. This is why we are making the itMatters program available.

I strongly encourage you to complete the program and consider being an active participant in this important study. If at any point as you complete itMatters you would like additional resources, I suggest that you check out our campus resources provided in the links below. These resources are available to SIU students and exemplify just some of the many ways in which we are committed to helping students transition to college.
